We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver an exciting and fast-paced sports sponsorship programme for a prestigious automotive client. From live activations at major UK sporting venues to managing big budgets and complex logistics, this is your chance to lead high-impact events seen by thousands.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale roadshows and activations
- Manage significant budgets without compromising quality
- Own onsite delivery: build, crew, client walk-throughs, and live operations
- Liaise with clients, venues, and sports stakeholders nationwide
- Coordinate vehicle movements and manage event inventory
- Tackle challenges quickly and keep everything running smoothly
We’re looking for someone who:
- Brings 5+ years’ experience in live, experiential, or multi-activation campaigns
- Has agency background and is confident owning the project from pitch to post-event reporting
- Is highly organised, with a strong grasp of logistics and stakeholder management
- Has a full UK driving licence and can easily commute to Bordon
- Is open to UK travel (May–September), including some evenings and weekends
- Automotive experience? A bonus – but not essential
