About You
Ideally you:
- will have experience of working within the property finance sector where you have actively worked on cases for potential borrowers, from an underwriting or credit management perspective;
- will possess a good understanding of credit risk principles, with property finance lending experience beneficial, and be confident working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- will be highly analytical and numerical with a strong attention to detail with a result-oriented approach against set deadlines.
We are seeking an individual who:
- can demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- is able to engage with stakeholders at all levels in an effective and professional manner;
- is very organised and uses initiative to work independently to meet deadlines whilst following policies and procedures;
- possesses a solid understanding of the due diligence associated with property lending;
- is able to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing knowledge with a desire for continuous improvement.
