We are currently recruiting for an award-winning Property Management company for the role of Talent Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation that ensures residential and commercial buildings run smoothly, remain well-maintained, and provide residents with a seamless, high-quality living experience.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Location: Hertfordshire
- Package: £28,000 per annum
- Role Type: Part Time or Full Time
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver a seamless and compliant employee experience that reflects and reinforces the company’s values and culture
- Drive operational excellence through clear, consistent communication and efficient cross-business coordination
- Proactively identify, engage, and attract top talent to grow the team
- Lead a structured, welcoming onboarding experience that sets new starters up for success
Main Skills/Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in the HR sector or a similar field
- Proven administrative experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with an approachable and professional demeanour
- Proficient in computer applications and general IT systems
