Property Management Administrator – North West London

Location: Temple Fortune, North West London

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Holidays: 21 days + bank holidays

Type: Full-time, Office-based

An established and highly respected property firm based in North West London is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to join their busy and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in property or lettings administration who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term career development.

About the Role:

You’ll work closely with experienced property managers to support the smooth running of a large residential portfolio. This varied role involves both administrative precision and excellent communication, providing a vital link between tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting property managers with day-to-day administrative duties
  • Managing tenancy start and end processes, including documentation and utilities
  • Handling rent collection and arrears management
  • Organising safety certification and ensuring ongoing compliance
  • Liaising with contractors and coordinating repair appointments
  • Communicating with tenants and landlords regarding maintenance issues
  • Managing deposit releases in line with TDS guidelines
  • Maintaining accurate key records and conducting regular checks
  • Supporting internal teams across lettings, accounts, and compliance
  • General office tasks including post handling, filing, and record keeping

About You:

  • Previous experience in property or lettings administration (desirable)
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure
  • A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
