As the Dental Practice Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring high standards of patient care, staff coordination, and operational efficiency. This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of dental practice workflows. Oversee all administrative and operational aspects of the dental practice Lead, support, and develop the front desk and clinical team to maintain a positive, high-performance culture Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including CQC standards and GDPR Manage patient scheduling, billing, and customer service processes Monitor and optimize financial performance, including budgeting and cost control Implement and maintain practice policies and procedures Minimum 5 years of experience in dental or healthcare practice management Previous experience working in an NHS dental practice is essential Strong knowledge and practical understanding of NHS contract management, UDAs, and patient pathways In-depth knowledge of CQC compliance and NHS regulatory frameworks Proficiency with dental software systems (S.Proven ability to manage budgets, performance metrics, and KPIs Why Join Chelsea House Dental?
