Property Manager I am looking for an experienced Property Manager to join my clients family-run, independent agencies team, based in Ilkeston, DE7. ensuring you are working with tenants and landlords closely and ensuring the smooth day to day running of your property portfolio. You will also be required to conduct property inspections and ensuring all properties are compliant with current laws. offering a fantastic working environment, genuine progression opportunities and a competitive salary. The role is suited to experienced Property Managers, Lettings Managers, Property Administrators or Lettings Administrators. Booking and conducting property inspections Liaising with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants Managing complaints full inventory reports Competitive bonus scheme ~ Monday to Friday 9am till 5:30pm ~ Saturday 9am – 3pm (Saturday working on a rota) ~28 days holiday ~ Workplace pension Proven Lettings Administration, Property Administration, Lettings Management or Property Management experience is essential – ideally 2-years Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle – essential
