We are currently working with a leading chemical supplier in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry who are looking for a talented individual to join their small but growing team.
They are looking for a graduate from a chemistry or pharmaceutical / cosmetic background or someone with some experience to join as a Scientific Sales Representative /Account Manager. The candidate will have an opportunity to travel frequently, within the UK and overseas to conferences and events.
Job Responsibilities:
Job duties will involve developing a strong technical knowledge base of their chemical ingredients, and regularly visiting new and existing customers to develop relationships. You will be working closely alongside the Development Chemists to create new formulations and sell, as well as keeping up to date with the market and identifying new business opportunities for the company.
Job Requirements:
Essential:
- A 2:1 or above degree in a Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Science / Cosmetics Science or Life Science related subject
- Must have a full UK driving license
- Outgoing personality, drive and self-motivation
- Flexibility to travel across a selected territory as well as internationally
