About the Role
Operating within a team environment and reporting into a highly supportive Payroll Manager, this role will see you process complex end to end payroll, all whilst providing high quality services to employees and the below:
Duties:
- Process end to end payroll in a timely manner
- Maintenance of employee data
- Preparing and processing employee monthly & quarterly data
- Calculation and submission of employee benefit information (P11D)
- Calculate all employee entitlements including but not limited to: SMP, SSP, SPP
- Demonstrate strong customer service to the highest level
- Adhere to all payroll related queries and manage the payroll query inbox
Skills and Experience:
- Experience working within a complex payroll environment is desirable
- Strong proven experience utilising Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros etc.)
- Proven experience performing end to end payroll
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Proven ability to develop effective partnerships to proactively find solutions and efficiencies in processes
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and develop work plans to achieve deadlines
- Ability to work well within a team environment
