Utilisation: 40 Hours Per Week
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the development of custom Salesforce applications and integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment within a CI/CD environment.
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development work and system configurations.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and internal systems.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset or Copado.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
- Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
- Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization.
