Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for a personable Guest Services Representative to join the dynamic team of one our global law firm clients on a permanent basis, where you’ll be at the forefront of the firms front-of-house operations. This role is pivotal in managing meeting rooms and providing top-notch facilities and office services. The ideal candidate would a front of house professional who can deliver exceptional, client-focused service to partners, staff, and clients, all while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Room Management: Efficiently manage conference space bookings using EMS, ensuring all client needs, including catering and AV services, are met.
- Visitor Management: Register visitor details in the Building Visitor Management system for smooth access and security.
- Technical Support Coordination: Report and escalate technical issues promptly.
- Shift Handover: Provide detailed handovers at the end of each shift.
- Switchboard Operations: Professionally manage switchboard calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Access Control: Manage access to floors via intercom, verifying caller identity.
- General Administrative Support: Offer ad-hoc support as needed.
