About the Role

As Global Head of IBM Alliance, you will be responsible for the strategic business development, portfolio management, solution design, and delivery of Atos services in collaboration with IBM. You will define commercial strategies to drive profitable growth, leveraging the IBM partnership to enhance customer value, innovation, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Development: Lead the growth of the IBM and Red Hat portfolio globally, develop relationships with IBM, and coordinate with Atos and IBM executives. Drive joint demand generation activities and support strategic account development.
• Solution Design and Delivery: Develop strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and gaps within the IBM & Red Hat ecosystem.
• People Management: Build strong cross-functional relationships to enable seamless technology and market execution.
• Marketing & Communications: Promote Atos IBM capabilities through various internal and external channels.

Minimum Requirements

• Significant experience in Business Development with large, complex deals.
• Track record of managing multimillion+ growth targets.
• Existing network within IBM and understanding of the IBM ecosystem.
• Strong partnership development, negotiation, and business strategy skills.
• Experience working in international, complex, and matrix environments.
