We’ve partnered with a scaling leading SaaS company known for its award-winning platform used by thousands of businesses. They’re now looking for a Deployment Manager, in this role, you’ll be responsible for managing Salesforce deployments across internal environments using Gearset. You’ll play a key part in streamlining release processes, ensuring quality and stability through DevOps best practices. This is a hybrid role, with a couple of days a month onsite in Farnborough.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce deployments and Gearset
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, version control, and automated testing
- Proven ability to compare orgs and manage changes across Salesforce environments
- Comfortable working independently—this role does not involve people management
- Experience with Netsuite is a plus
