Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract)

Leon Cycle is seeking a motivated Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! They will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for all positions and be the first point of contact and welcome for all new hires on board. They will not only recruit through job sites but also utilize other strategies to source talented candidates through other channels and networking. Work with head of HR to plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy Using recruitment systems or headhunting. Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.) Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs. Work with the HR team regarding the necessary company equipment needs and other logins needed for new hire. coordinate and create schedules for 1:1 meetings and other pertinent training sessions. Generate monthly and weekly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities Research compensation benchmark with relevant companies and industries to ensure our company remains competitive Work together with the entire HR Department on other HR programs and initiatives Assist with other ad hoc projects including other international recruitment needs Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter for 2-3 years Professional Human Resources certification strongly preferred Understanding UK & EU contract labor requirements is key Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes Creative thinker and proactive problem solver As we are a start up, there\’s a lot to learn and extremely quick development for the next leader ~ Discount on ebikes, services, and accessories ~ LEON CYCLE is the retail arm of the LEISGER Cycle Group, manufacturers of premium electric bikes under the brand names NCM and LEISGER, and of electric bike components under Das-Kit and Bionx.
