We’re currently looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager (Construction) on behalf of our client in London.
You will be responsible for delivering a range of project management services to clients across a variety of industry sectors including urban redevelopment (commercial office, residential and placemaking). You will work on all stages of projects.
If you have a proven construction project management experience this role will offer you the opportunity to leading projects, managing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
What you need to do to be effective in this role
• Ability to lead and successfully deliver projects and manage client relationships, including business development
• Proven construction project management and managing professional teams experience required
• Experience within mixed use urban redevelopment (commercial office, residential and placemaking) and/or healthcare would be beneficial
• Experience across the pre-construction stages of a project
• Experience of report writing
The skills and experience you need to have for this role
• Microsoft Office software, including MS Project, in-depth experience is essential
• Degree in a construction related subject is desirable, but not essential. All degree backgrounds will be considered
• Professional accreditation or working to towards professional accreditation desirable (RICS, CIOB, APM)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Confidence delivering presentations and holding client facing meetings
