Based in Alzenau, near Frankfurt in Germany, Hyundai Motorsport GmbH is responsible for Hyundai’s global motorsport activities and primarily for its World Rally Championship program. We are currently seeking a Business Support Specialist to join our team.
Main tasks:
- Distribution and ordering of Corporate Apparel.
- Distribution and ordering of office supplies and furniture.
- Assist in projects and tasks within the Company Vehicle Management and Facility Management.
- Support the employees with Business Support / General Affairs related topics such as work permit support or employee welfare programs.
- Collaborate within various Business Support topics to support the whole department together with all members of the Business Support Team.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Business Support or General Affairs is considered an advantage.
- You are fluent in speaking and writing the English and German language.
- You are comfortable working with MS Office.
- You obtain a driving license and are able to drive cars with manual transmission.
- Knowledge of SAP is considered an advantage.
- Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and meet deadlines and objectives.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and flexible approach to work.
- You have a service-oriented mindset and are able to communicate effectively.
