What you\’ll need…

The Operations Manager will bring a strong understanding of the technology sector, paired with exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.

Highly analytical and detail-oriented, you\’ll approach challenges proactively and thrive in fast-paced environments, managing your workload effectively while ensuring the broader team operates seamlessly. This role requires someone who is as comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done as they are delegating and driving strategic initiatives.

Your experience…

We\’re looking for someone who has…

• Experience working in an MSP environment or within the technology sector
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Operations Manager or Operational Lead role
• Project Management qualifications – Prince2 or similar (if you\’re not certified don\’t worry but an understanding of key Project Management frameworks will be needed)
• Experience working in a role that directly supports senior leadership teams
• Experience working in a very fast paced, ever changing environment
• Able to resolve issues and conflicts that arise, often requiring quick, effective decision-making
• Self-motivated, creative thinker with a proven history of exceeding goals

Your day-to-day will include…

• Overseeing the delivery of a wide range of projects
• Work closely with senior managers to drive project planning aligned to client requirements and budgetary guidelines
• Manage and develop the projects team including training plans, monthly one to one reviews and annual appraisals
• Work collaboratively with the senior management team, providing solutions-focused support to ensure optimal output, performance and project delivery
• Review and improve the company processes and introduce procedures which will drive quality, efficiency and productivity
• Meet regularly with the senior Managers to give and receive business updates
• Own and maintain our ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus certification
• Drive in-house standards up
