The senior associate will be an integral part of the team both leading and assisting in these complex transactions but you will also be involved in the future growth and development of the practice. Our client is a leading UK National Law Firm who are well known as having one of the largest real estate practices across the UK. They are widely recognised as representing some impressive clients and for delivering exceptional legal services. The Role
The senior associate will work with an impressive client base to include investors, major corporations, commercial and residential developers, banks & funders. You will lead on and assist with a broad range of commercial property transactions to include acquisitions and disposals, development work and landlord & tenant matters. You will also be required to contribute to the future growth and development of the practice to include business development and networking events, training and mentoring junior solicitors.

Ideally you will meet the following criteria;
- Qualified Solicitor (NI/ROI/England & Wales) - 4 + years PQE
- PQE gained working within a commercial property team in a leading law firm
- Technically strong with experience of working on a broad range of property transactions
- Strong levels of attention to detail and legal drafting skills with experience of drafting a broad range of property documents and contracts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong client relationships and to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
