My client has established a reputation for delivering a cost-effective, time-efficient and professional service. Due to expansion and ongoing growth, they are recruiting for a Scheduler to join their team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and planning the workloads for a team of 10 x Engineers
- Scheduling call-outs
- Working to targets and KPIs
- Liaising with customers
- Chasing up purchase orders
- Arranging dates for jobs to be scheduled with customers
- Organising permits
- Sending risk and method statements
- Handling all incoming calls and emails; dealing with enquiries
- Updating and maintaining data using Excel and in-house systems
This is a very fast paced, busy role, my client needs someone who can go in and hit the ground running. You will be a proficient user of Excel, well organised, and have recent/previous planning and scheduling experience for a team of engineers.
