We are so pleased to be assisting a family-owned luxury boutique hotel set in a charming coastal village in West Sussex. They are looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Restaurant Manager to lead their vibrant 2 Rosette restaurant team and deliver exceptional service., * Leading, training, and inspiring the front-of-house team to deliver impeccable service

  • Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

  • Working closely with the kitchen and hotel teams to provide a cohesive guest experience

  • Managing rotas, stock, and budgets with an organised and proactive approach

  • Maintaining and exceeding the hotel’s high standards of guest satisfaction
