Hadron UK is a rapidly growing insurance company seeking an FP&A Manager to join our UK team. This position will report to the CFO, ensuring timely and accurate results analysis and reporting. Close collaboration with the Financial Controller, Senior Insurance Accountant and other functional areas of the business, including the wider Group Finance Team.

- Strategic Planning and Forecasting
- Building and developing the UK planning function
- Managing the annual planning cycle with ExCo
- Developing financial models to drive plans and forecasts
- Creating financial reports and presentations for management
- Providing financial scenario analysis to support decision-making
- Analysing and reporting business financial performance
- Managing key stakeholders including ExCo and group finance
- Identifying systems and process improvements for planning and forecasting
- Supporting development of state-of-the-art finance operating environment
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting areas or significant applicable work experience. Accounting qualifications (ACCA, ACA, CA, CPA, CIMA). 5+ years of relevant experience in P&C Insurance (MGAs Business with the focus on underwriting planning and analysis experience). Advanced systems proficiency and planning applications (Excel, ERP systems, financial modelling tools).
Demonstrates commercial acumen – partners with the business to deliver commercially focused solutions.
Hybrid (Must live in the United Kingdom).
