Are you ready to lead the future of stadium hospitality at one of the world\’s most iconic football clubs?
Levy UK & Ireland is looking for a Head of Retail (Food & Beverage) to oversee concourse operations at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium – the Premier League\’s No.1 stadium. You\’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, high-volume service across 102 retail units, managing 16 direct reports and up to 800 matchday casuals – no small task!

Your mission at Tottenham Hotspur.

• Lead food and beverage operations across all concourse outlets on matchdays and events
• Drive commercial performance and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with Tottenham Hotspur to deliver innovative menus and fan experiences
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and operational standards
• Inspire and manage large teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
