In this fast-paced and varied role, you’ll be handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM, resolving issues, and providing effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM, providing excellent service and efficient solutions.

Skills & Experience Required:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call centre environment (retail, hospitality, or similar sectors a plus).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
