The Role
This firm is looking for a heavy hitting Employment Partner to come in and work alongside their Head of Department. The department deals with a broad range of Employment cases which include contentious and non-contentious matters. The team are looking for someone to complement their existing offer and service which covers the following:
- TUPE
- HR contracts
- Unfair dismissals
- Tribunal cases
- Whistleblowing and related contentious matters
- Pension related employment matters
- Corporate Support
