We’re Gamely, an independent UK-based games company making fun, family-friendly party games that bring people together. We’re on the lookout for a brilliant Video Content Creator to help spread the word and get more people playing.
This is a 6-month freelance contract for two days a week. It’s ideal for someone who’s bursting with ideas and ready to create standout short-form video content that grabs attention, builds connection, and drives sales.
The RoleYou’ll be our go-to content creator, making fun, engaging videos to showcase our games, our team and what we’re all about. You’ll:
- Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
- Come up with ideas, write scripts, shoot and edit videos that reflect our brand’s playful, feel-good energy
- Film yourself (and potentially friends/family/colleagues) playing our games and demonstrating how they work
- Work with our small, creative team to plan content around launches, seasons and trends
- Use analytics to learn what’s working and help us do more of it!
This role is flexible – we’d love you to join us in our Brighton office one or two days a month but where and when you do your hours is up to you.
You are:- A natural on camera, with great energy and a friendly, relatable presence
- A pro at TikTok, Reels and Shorts, with a deep understanding of what works and why
- Creative, resourceful and full of ideas (you don’t need a huge budget to make amazing content!)
- Great at filming and editing video content on your phone
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
- Playful, creative and kind
- Excited about our mission of bringing people together through play!
- Have experience promoting consumer products through video content
- Have a good understanding of our target audience - families and casual party game players
- Have worked in-house or freelance for a playful, creative brand
- A 6-month freelance contract (starting asap) for 2 days/week
