We are working with a global organisation who are looking to add an experienced IT Risk Manager into their IT & Operations team. With an already established global team based in the US, this role will sit within their UK office and report directly into the Performance & Governance Director.

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • A solid understanding of Risks related to Technology
  • Experience working within a global organisation
  • Ability to perform Risk Assessments and provide clear documentation
  • Experience of controls testing
  • Knowledge of the likes of ISO27001, DORA, Sarbanes-Oxley, ITGC
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to provide and demonstrate metrics to the board
  • Experience working within a regulated industry such as Finance, Insurance etc

The role will require someone who has the drive to perform autonomously and will ensure that all controls become centralised between the relevant teams. This will be a hybrid position and will require the successful person to be on-site in their Manchester office 3 days per week. Salary for this is up to £75,000 for the right person and a 10% bonus.
