Experienced Source to Pay Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our procurement and IT teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S4 Hana & ECC, Ariba Guided Buying and VIM with a strong technology-functional background and proven experience in deploying SAP S4 Hana from a business perspective. This role is crucial to support the Solventum deployment of SAP S4 Hana.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP S4 & ECC Expertise:
- Provide expert knowledge and support for SAP S4 Hana and/or ECC systems.
- Oversee the integration and optimization of SAP S4 Hana within the source to pay processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP S4 Hana implementations.
- Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to ensure seamless communication and understanding.
- Develop and implement technical solutions that align with business requirements.
- Conduct system configurations, customizations, and enhancements to meet business needs.
- Working with the Global STP Deployment Lead, support the end-to-end deployment of SAP S4 Hana, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation within the defined scope and budget.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and procurement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement function.
Skills:
- Proven experience in deploying SAP procurement systems, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Proven experience in deploying SAP S4 from a business perspective.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SAP S4 Hana or ECC certification.
- Project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
