In this role, you’ll take ownership of workforce analytics, demand forecasting, and resource modelling to support long-term operational planning across multiple service areas. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll identify key trends, develop performance dashboards, and guide resourcing decisions that drive efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain forecasting models using workforce data and trends
- Analyse service demand, capacity, and productivity to inform workforce strategy
