Pay rate: £32 per hour Sale, Adult CMHT We currently have an exciting vacancy for a social work senior practitioner within Trafford Older Adult Mental Health Services, part of Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. Working in Trafford Older Adult CMHT you will join our Multi-Disciplinary Team alongside Consultant Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologist, Community Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and STR workers. We are looking for an experienced social worker to provide social work leadership alongside other senior staff. In this role, you will promote the significant contribution that mental health social work makes to the delivery of mental health care.You will work closely with service users with serious and enduring mental illness, including dementia. You will have a focus on social inclusion and recovery, helping people to live as independently as possible.You will be office based and hold a clean driving license and transport to get around the borough when required.Please contact Molly Rylance on or email for more information.
