About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support a busy executive in both personal and professional matters. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Chinese, have prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, and be able to manage a dynamic schedule with flexibility.

Location: London (with occasional travel)

Job Type: Full-Time

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, with flexibility to accommodate changes in the principal’s schedule.
  • Flexibly adjust to varying work hours and travel requirements, including potential last-minute changes based on the principal’s schedule.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant (PA) or Executive Assistant (EA) with a track record of handling complex tasks and responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as required by the principal’s schedule.
  • A background in finance is advantageous, with familiarity in managing financial documents, budgets, or financial systems.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication tools.
