targeted on fee generation. Training and development of a small team of recruitersand resourcers Recruit , mentor, and manage consultants across one or more specialist sectors Work closely with the CEO to shape commercial strategy and drive growth Experience: Experienced Recruitment Manager or team leader with a strong billing history in Commercial, Office, or Professional Services Recruitment Could also consider a strong Senior Recruitment Consultant
