Broad Core Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Head of Marketing to design, manage and deliver an innovative digital marketing strategy that uses best practice, analytics and benchmarks to increase marketing qualified leads.
- Shape user journeys whilst delivering on the GTM plan.
- Developing the online user experience and analysing how customers and prospects move through the digital marketing funnel, alongside managing, supporting and developing the Digital team.
- Optimise the website for users as well as search engines.
- Take ownership of the data architecture of the website / managing ongoing development.
Expected Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- B2B tech marketing experience.
- Proven success in a data driven digital role.
- Ability to turn best practice and research into executable action plans.
- Experience in managing the digital tech stack and automation tools.
- Enjoy collaborating with content, sales, and product teams.
- Experienced working alongside a content marketing team to collaborate on campaigns and optimise them in the marketing automation system (HubSpot).
