Who are we? Flux, a property start-up founded in early 2020, aims to disrupt the evolving office industry. Based in London, Flux was established by founders James and Matt to help scaling companies find new office spaces both locally and globally. Our mission is to support businesses of all sizes throughout their growth journey, ensuring their real estate needs are met efficiently and effectively.
This is a full-time role looking for a Business Development Executive. This role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing accounts and overseeing lead generation. Daily tasks include:
- Identifying potential clients through cold-calling
- Working closely with the senior (transactional) members of the team to develop a list of prospective clients
- Proactively building new client relationships
- Maintaining long-term relationships with clients to support their scaling and growth needs
This role will be based in Liverpool Street.
Qualifications:
- 12+ months experience of cold-calling is required
- Relevant experience in the real estate or property industry is a plus
- Proven track record of generating new business and lead generation
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in account management
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- London geographical knowledge advantageous

- Competitive basic salary per annum (depending on experience), plus very generous commission package
- Realistic OTE: £60k+ year 1, £80-90k+ year 2, £120k+++ ongoing
