As Night Manager, you’ll be the steady hand in the dark—the go-to leader making sure our student communities stay safe, supported, and well cared for through the night. You’ll work across a diverse and exciting estate of 6 buildings, becoming a familiar face and trusted presence for thousands of students building their future far from home. • Carrying out regular building checks to make sure everything is safe, secure, and spotless.
  • Leading by example—training new team members, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service.

Your Requirements:

  • A calm, decisive leader who can manage incidents and support young people under pressure.
  • Experience in security, facilities, hospitality, or student accommodation (even better if you’ve led a team).
