Payroll Manager – London (Hybrid)
A leading international law firm are seeking a highly experienced Payroll Manager to lead UK and international payroll operations. This is a permanent hybrid role based in London, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-performing finance team within a prestigious global organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process monthly payrolls across UK and selected international offices.
- Oversee compliance with UK payroll legislation and internal controls.
- Handle partner payments, pension contributions, and third-party reconciliations.
- Lead and mentor a Payroll Specialist.
- Collaborate closely with HR and Tax teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Requirements:
- 6+ years’ experience in payroll, within a partnership or professional services environment, ideally legal.
- Strong understanding of UK payroll regulations and international payroll exposure.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.
