This role offers the opportunity to support senior investment professionals in managing a dynamic portfolio of direct real estate assets and evaluating new investment opportunities. The position provides exposure across the full investment lifecycle including research, screening, valuation, due diligence, structuring, execution, and post-investment monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of portfolio performance analyses and management reporting.
  • Assist with bi-annual asset valuations and maintain comprehensive valuation models.
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly performance reviews of key assets and/or asset managers.
  • Support preparation of annual and five-year treasury forecasts.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and benchmarking analysis.
  • Provide analytical input for refinancing and new debt financing initiatives.
  • Contribute to annual corporate and treasury budgeting processes.
New Investment Strategy
  • Conduct research on macroeconomic and sector trends in real estate and hospitality.
  • Analyse and evaluate prospective investment opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation and return metrics.
  • Support the due diligence process, including reviewing third-party reports.
  • Prepare investment memos and internal recommendations.
Candidate Profile
  • Education & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields from a top-tier institution. Postgraduate degree (MBA, MSc Finance, etc.) or professional qualifications (CFA, ACA) preferred.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience at a top-tier sovereign wealth fund, investment bank, private equity firm, or real estate investment platform. Experience with financial modelling, valuation, and transaction structuring in real estate. Exposure to active investment management is a plus.
  • Skills & Attributes: Outstanding analytical and quantitative capabilities. Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise; ability to build models from scratch. Commercial acumen and deep interest in real estate and investment management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and handle multiple workstreams in a high-performance environment. Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
