We are working with a firm well-established in the Midlands who are looking for a new business assistant to support the conveyancing department in the Leamington Spa office. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to progress a career in conveyancing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provided full support to the conveyancing department
  • Prepare correspondence using the existing case management system
  • Liaise with clients via phone, email and face-to-face
  • Open, manage, and close files
  • Maintain good relationships with new business introducers
  • Guide clients with initial first steps of their move
  • Performed additional duties as required

What we need from you:

  • Relevant exposure to a residential conveyancing department
  • A sales background or similar is nice to have
  • Good communication skills via telephone and face to face
