We’re delighted to be partnering with a highly respected international law firm to find an experienced and hands-on Payroll Manager to join their London-based finance team. This firm is known for its sector-driven approach and global reach, offering a dynamic and supportive environment where people are truly valued.

They’re looking for someone who combines technical payroll expertise with strong people skills and a proactive mindset. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Group Finance Director and manage one Payroll Specialist. You’ll take ownership of UK payroll processing and compliance, as well as overseeing payrolls in Houston and the BVI. A background in international or partnership payrolls is a definite plus.

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end payroll operations – including monthly submissions, partner payments, statutory filings, pension data, and liaising with HR and tax teams – so attention to detail and confidence with systems is key. If you enjoy improving processes and ensuring controls are rock solid, you’ll feel right at home.
