Role Overview:
As a Client Success Associate, you’ll be responsible for supporting client relationships from onboarding through to retention. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are met, their challenges are resolved quickly, and that their experience with One Sided Coin is nothing short of exceptional.
What You’ll Do:
- Guide new clients through onboarding and setup processes
- Maintain regular communication to ensure high satisfaction and alignment
- Monitor progress and proactively identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery
- Track client health metrics, renewals, and satisfaction scores
- Help build client reports and participate in review meetings
- Assist in identifying upsell or expansion opportunities
What You’ll Bring:
- 1+ year of experience in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Sales Support, or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting platforms is a plus
- A proactive mindset and genuine desire to help clients succeed
- A team player with a solution-oriented attitude
