We are supporting our full-service marketing communications agency client with their search for an experienced Account/ Project Director . Ideally, your background will be 360 including Events, Experiential, Digital, and Content, focusing on creating incredible experiences.
This is very much an event-first-role.
You will be responsible for leading and growing one of the agency’s largest blue-chip clients.
International delivery experience is desirable.
Job Title : Account Director/ Project Director
Location: London (Hybrid working 3 days in the central London office each week)
Salary : £50k-55k DOE
The successful candidate will be a crucial part of the team, and will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, as well as leading account teams in the delivery of projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
• At least 4 or 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the events or marketing communications industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Agency experience
• The ability to manage, inspire teams and work across multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines
• An understanding of current trends and creative approaches within the industry
• Knowledge of the managing creative, digital and internal communication projects/ campaigns
