Arcade is opening a brand-new site in the heart of Covent Garden and we’re searching for a passionate, driven, and experienced Bar Manager to help us launch this exciting venue.
Arcade is one of the UK’s most ambitious and exciting hospitality concepts — a vibrant food hall and brand incubator where global flavours meet bold drinks culture. From world-class chefs to original concepts, we bring people together through exceptional food, drink, and design.
The Role:
As part of our opening team, you’ll play a lead role in building the bar from the ground up, crafting an exceptional drinks offering, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences in one of London’s most anticipated hospitality projects. The successful candidate Iin this role you will:
- Lead bar operations from day one in a brand-new opening
- Build and manage a high-performing team with great culture and energy
- Deliver exceptional guest service and drinks that set the standard
- Own inventory, budgets, cost control, and reporting
- Ensure full compliance with licensing, safety, and health standards
