Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive with a strong focus on digital marketing to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our online presence, generating high-quality leads, and supporting the Head of Marketing in achieving business growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital trends, data-driven, and skilled at executing campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute digital marketing ideas to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and the company website.

· Create and manage targeted lead generation campaigns, optimising for conversion and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.

· Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and other teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

· Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems), providing actionable insights and regular reports.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing and lead generation.

· Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and technologies to continually improve lead generation efforts.

Key Skills & Experience

· Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and social media advertising strategies.

· Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and reports.

· Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Desirable

· Experience in B2B lead generation.

· Familiarity with integration and workflow automation tools.

· Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and regulatory requirements.
