THE ROLE

  • Campaign Leadership: Lead and manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, from strategic development to execution and performance reporting.
  • Talent & Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and clients, acting as the day-to-day lead on key projects.
  • Budget & Process Management: Oversee campaign budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage payment tracking and timelines.
  • Talent Discovery & Analytics: Use influencer discovery platforms and data tools to identify relevant talent, monitor content performance, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver detailed post-campaign reports with actionable insights and learnings.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with PR and digital teams to ensure influencer strategy is aligned with broader campaign goals.
  • Event Support: Attend and assist at shoots, activations, and events across the UK, Europe, and internationally.
