We’re on the lookout for a talented 180 Resourcer to join our client\’s high-performing, fun, and dynamic team in Reading. Our client specialise in sourcing top talent across the warehouse, logistics, commercial, and procurement sectors – and are growing faster than ever.

This fully delivery-based role will see you working closely with one of their large key accounts – a true opportunity to hit the ground running with an established account and consistent job flow.

🔍 The Role:

• Manage end-to-end candidate delivery for a key client
• Source, screen and interview high volumes of candidates for warehouse, logistics, and commercial roles
• Build talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Work closely with account managers and client contacts to meet hiring needs

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Recruitment experience is ESSENTIAL – whether in a 360 or delivery capacity
• Strong resourcing and candidate management skills
• A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
