We are currently recruiting for a leading IT Consultancy for the role of Azure Cloud Engineer. As an industry leader, this organisation is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions for businesses. Role Overview
- Essential: Must hold or be eligible for Security Clearance
- Location: Hybrid / London 2 Days Per Week
- Package: £70,000 - £80,000 + Discretionary Bonus
What you’ll be doing:
- Implement cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure that drive benefits for clients
- Deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of production, test, and development systems running on MS Azure
- Push technical innovation and efficiency in infrastructure operations
- Developing tools and automation, such as automated server build processes
- Responsible for Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, Azure Services, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, and Security
Main Skills/Requirements:
- Hold or be eligible for Security Clearance
- Great understanding of all leading cloud providers
- Hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Azure PaaS and IaaS
- Excellent experience automating server builds on Azure using infrastructure as code
- Capability of implementing software-defined data centre architectures and infrastructure as code
- Strong experience with Azure Monitor and Red Hat, would be desirable.
