We are currently recruiting for a leading IT Consultancy for the role of Azure Cloud Engineer. As an industry leader, this organisation is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions for businesses. Role Overview

  • Essential: Must hold or be eligible for Security Clearance
  • Location: Hybrid / London 2 Days Per Week
  • Package: £70,000 - £80,000 + Discretionary Bonus

What you’ll be doing:

  • Implement cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure that drive benefits for clients
  • Deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of production, test, and development systems running on MS Azure
  • Push technical innovation and efficiency in infrastructure operations
  • Developing tools and automation, such as automated server build processes
  • Responsible for Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, Azure Services, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, and Security

Main Skills/ Requirements:

  • Hold or be eligible for Security Clearance
  • Great understanding of all leading cloud providers
  • Hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Azure PaaS and IaaS
  • Excellent experience automating server builds on Azure using infrastructure as code
  • Capability of implementing software-defined data centre architectures and infrastructure as code
  • Strong experience with Azure Monitor and Red Hat, would be desirable.
