Job Title : Finance Manager Salary : £40k – £60k Location : Birmingham Summary We are representing a specialist real estate investor and developer who focus on acquiring a range of residential and commercial assets in need of refurbishment alongside their residential development function. They are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team based in Birmingham looking after the Shopping Centre Finance Operations. This role will focus on the accuracy of the accounts for both the shopping centres and the wider group as well as working closely with the wider Finance and Centre Management Teams. Key Responsibilities Daily Bookkeeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly in the financial systems and banks are reconciled. Month-End Close : Manage the month-end closing process, including balance sheet reconciliations, profit and loss accounts, and ensuring financial reports are submitted on time.
