Job Summary: As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in scaling our teams primarily across Europe by managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sourcing skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience navigating the European talent market.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of unconventional and common tools (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, iCIMS etc.), network, and perform cold outreach to build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential candidates through proactive sourcing
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in iCIMS our applicant tracking system
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes
- Build future talent planning by identifying skills and competencies needed for long-term organizational success and contribute to succession planning efforts
- Identify universities for student placement partnering and talent pipelining
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with regional labour laws and company policies
- 3+ years full cycle recruiting experience, Talent Management, or related experience preferably in a corporate environment
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring across multiple European countries
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
- Experience using ATS platforms
- Data driven problem solver that can make recruitment strategies specific to job type and location markets
- Knowledge of labour laws and hiring practices across European countries is a plus
- Additional European languages are a strong asset
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment efforts with business objectives
