Propel are excited to be hiring a Product Marketing Manager for a rapidly scaling AI SaaS company. Remote first - role can be anywhere in Europe. It’s a great time to join this Series B business in the midst of a major transformation. With a best-in-class tech stack already in place, they’re now building the right marketing muscle to drive enterprise growth.
About the role:
This isn’t a typical product marketing job. You’ll be the strategic glue between product, brand, and revenue – building out GTM playbooks, owning key launches, and helping enterprise finance teams understand exactly why this product is a game-changer. You’ll work closely with product and sales to:
- Develop positioning and messaging that speaks to CFOs and AP/AR teams.
- Translate complex product features into compelling, commercial stories.
- Create core enablement assets (battlecards, one-pagers, decks, etc.).
- Launch new features and help win in competitive head-to-heads.
- Shape customer-facing content that brings real-world impact to life.
It’s a role for someone who thrives in complexity, gets a buzz from cross-functional collaboration, and wants to build real momentum in a scaling team.
About you:
You’ve got 3–5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS – ideally in automation, AI, fintech, or similar. You love working with technical teams but think like a customer. You’re fluent in value propositions, not just feature specs. You’ve worked in or with scaleups before and understand what it means to build from the ground up. You’re scrappy, resourceful, and ready to get stuck in where needed.
The details:
Role can be based anywhere in Europe. You’ll be part of a wider brand & content hub reporting into a Head of Brand and Content. This is a team being built to do, not just plan. If you’re looking for somewhere to roll your sleeves up, shape a category, and move fast we’d love to hear from you.
