Your Responsibilities:

  • Fix resident issues like unblocking sinks, repairing minor damages, and troubleshooting maintenance concerns.
  • Carry out regular building checks, log observations on your iPad, and ensure the property stays in top shape.
  • Work alongside contractors, follow fire and health & safety protocols, and help maintain a secure environment.
  • Collaborate with the customer team to deliver an outstanding student experience.
  • Share knowledge, help train new colleagues, and contribute to team meetings.

Your Requirements:

  • Experience in facilities, estates, or property maintenance.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A calm, professional attitude, even under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy (iPads, maintenance software, emails).
  • Bonus points for BMS systems, plumbing, HVAC, or large plant operations experience!
