Interim Employee Relations Consultant (Senior)

Remuneration: Day rate outside IR35

Start Date: ASAP

Days pw: Flexible

Contract Duration: 3-4 months

We are recruiting a senior-level Employee Relations Consultant to work for a period of 3-4 months. The role requires experience in playing a lead role in trade union consultations and negotiations, undertaking complex case work as required.

Candidates will be required to have significant experience across public or third sector organisations.
