What they are looking for: A qualified lawyer (England & Wales or equivalent) with class of 2020 or later . Demonstrated experience advising sponsors or investors on private fund formation, particularly in private equity, real estate, infrastructure, or credit strategies. A strong academic background and excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills. A genuine interest in building a long-term career at the firm.
